Olivia Franceschini of Northern Valley Old Tappan Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, knows how to grow a staff. As the editor of The Lance at her school, Franceschini helped the staff grow from 15 to 37 students within three years. She gave tips on how to increase newspaper membership at this round table.
